2. Role of Endora Health

2.1 Information and Lead Generation Platform:

Endora Health provides a platform to allow Users to find Services, submit booking requests, or request listings. Endora Health also publishes articles and other informational content about Treatments, Procedures, and other topics.

Endora Health is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, including articles and pages, is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Endora Health does not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any Service. Users must independently verify all information with the relevant Service before making any decisions.

2.2 Service Listings:

Listings may display information about Services, including data submitted directly by the Service, regulatory ratings, reviews, or other publicly available content. All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any Service, Treatment, or outcome. Users should independently verify all information.

Information submitted by Services may be stored, processed, and published by Endora Health on the website in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy (www.endorahealth.co.uk/privacy-policy).

2.3 Content Accuracy:

Endora Health makes reasonable efforts to ensure the information provided is accurate, but cannot guarantee correctness, completeness, or timeliness. Users must independently verify all information before relying on it.

2.4 Bookings:

Endora Health may facilitate the passing of User information to Services to arrange consultations or bookings. Endora Health is not responsible for whether bookings occur, the conduct of the Service, or any outcomes resulting from Services booked.

2.5 Featured Listings / Paid Listings:

Endora Health may offer Featured Listings, Paid Listings, or other promotional placements (“Enhanced Listings”) to Services in exchange for a fee. These Enhanced Listings may provide increased visibility, preferential placement, or additional promotional benefits on the Endora Health platform.

All Enhanced Listings are subject to separate written or electronic agreements between Endora Health and the participating Service. Such arrangements do not alter or override these Terms.

The purchase or publication of an Enhanced Listing does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation by Endora Health, and Endora Health makes no representation regarding the volume of traffic, leads, or enquiries that any listing may generate.

Endora Health reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, suspend, or remove any listing — paid or unpaid — that breaches these Terms, applicable law, or Endora Health’s content and advertising standards.

2.6 Advertising

Endora Health may display advertising or sponsored content from both medical and non-medical businesses (“Advertisers”). All advertising opportunities, placements, and related services will be governed by separate written or electronic agreements between Endora Health and the Advertiser.

The appearance of an advertisement, sponsored article, or promotional listing on the Endora Health website does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or recommendation by Endora Health. Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their promotional materials and claims.

Endora Health reserves the right to refuse, remove, or modify any advertisement or sponsored content at its discretion and without notice, particularly where such content is misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with Endora Health’s standards or obligations under applicable law.

This email confirmation is the sole verification conducted by Endora Health, and Endora Health makes no representation or guarantee regarding the authority of the individual confirming the information. Endora Health may request additional clarification or documentation if necessary.

4.4 Responsibility for Treatments / Procedures:

Services are solely responsible for all consultations, appointments, communication, Treatments or Procedures they provide or facilitate the fulfilment of. Endora Health does not supervise, regulate, or control the activities, qualifications, or outcomes of any Service and accepts no responsibility for the conduct, quality, or legality of any Treatment.

6.4 Data and Communication Disclaimer

Endora Health makes reasonable efforts to maintain secure data handling. However, Users acknowledge that internet transmissions can never be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free, and Endora Health shall not be liable for any unauthorised access, data corruption, or loss occurring during electronic transmission.

6.5 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by Endora Health’s negligence;
