According to recent stock exchange filing, the acquisition was for 60,001 equity shares (100% stake), such that per share price for the acquisition would be £3146.29. Practise Plus Group operates 12 hospitals and surgical centres, offering services including orthopaedics, general surgery and ophthalmology.
Practice Plus Group is said to be the fifth largest private hospital group in the UK, performing around 80,000 surgeries per year (Narayana Health).
